Maintenance Contracts

We provide maintenance contracts and SLAs for a wide variety of our services from general IT support to CCTV systems maintenance.

We encourage larger or regular customers to opt for an SLA for the following reasons:

  • Guaranteed response times and service levels
  • We set our staffing levels based on our maintenance contracts – this way we can guarantee responses to SLA customers
  • At busy times SLA customers will get priority over non-SLA customers
  • SLA customers get a lower labour rate for chargeable work outside of the SLA than our usual standard rate
  • Sometimes your business insurance policy may insist you have an IT Support SLA in place

Yellowstone are able to quote contracts for any size of business, from under 5 users to many hundreds.

Whilst we primarily operate in the counties of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire we have several larger clients with multiple offices over a much wider area including the rest of the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
